Applied Marine Communication and Outreach

This course will allow students to apply the theoretical concepts learned in the two other courses in a personal applied Ocean Literacy or Communication project. EMSEA, the European Marine Science Educators Association will in collaboration with other involved partners propose a series of projects around which students can develop the project.

The personal projects will be supported by a series of applied workshops in which students can further develop specific skills needed for their projects. Examples of these applied one-day workshops include oral communication, social media, how to make movie documentaries.

This course will be organised at the Marine Station of Villefranche-sur-mer.
